Booklet printing comes in various sizes and formats to suit your unique needs. Common sizes include 8.5" x 11", 5.5" x 8.5", and 6" x 9". You can choose between landscape and portrait formats, depending on your content and preferences.

Coated paper-type weight for booklet printing typically ranges from 80 lb to 100 lb, to guarantee ensuring a durable and professional feel. The finish can vary from matte, providing a smooth and non-reflective surface, to gloss, for a shiny and vibrant finish. For a more natural look and feel, 60 lb and 70 lb uncoated paper are available.

The number of pages in your booklet can vary depending on the binding method you choose. Saddle stitching, a common option, accommodates pages in multiple pages in increments of four (e.g., 8, 12, 16 pages, and so on). For higher page counts, methods like perfect binding or spiral binding are ideal.

There are several binding options available for print booklets, including saddle stitching, perfect binding, spiral binding, and wire-o binding. Saddle stitching is suitable for booklets with a lower page count, while perfect binding provides a more robust and sophisticated look for larger booklets. Spiral binding and wire-o binding allow for easy page flipping and full 360-degree rotation.

Every order placed includes a digital proof for your review and approval before printing begins. This gives you the opportunity to review the design, layout, and print quality to ensure your booklet meets your expectations. If you’d prefer a printed proof (hard copy proof) you can simply order a small quantity on the website. When you’re placing that order, include a comment in the Special Instructions box on the Checkout page letting us know that this is a Hard Copy Proof – that way we’ll be sure to hold onto it for 3 months.
