    What is your standard size print folder?

    Our standard presentation folder size is 9” x 12”. Each pocket is 4” high and holds letter-size (8.5” x 11”) sheets. For custom dimensions, please contact us.

    What type of paper do you use to make your custom pocket folders?

    Our presentation folders are made from 14 pt cardstock. This durable paper fully protects your materials, but it’s still flexible enough to hold larger amounts of loose sheets without ripping or tearing.

    What types of coating options do you offer?

    We offer UV gloss coating, which is a reflective finish that makes images and color pop, and is only applied to the front of your folders.

    What types of business card slits are available?
    ArrowDown

    Business card slits allow you to display your business cards on the inside pockets of your folder. Depending on how your business card is designed, we can create horizontal slits or vertical slits that ensure it’s presented in the right way. We also offer a two-slit option (where slits are featured in opposite corners) or a four-slit option (where slits are featured in all four corners) for extra stability.

    What’s the difference between single-sided and double-sided printing?

    Single-sided printing includes both outside covers and the inside pockets of your folder (this is because printing is completed before the pockets are folded under). To add printing to the inside of your presentation folder, choose double-sided printing instead.

    Will Printivity assemble my marketing materials into the presentation folders?

    Do you offer hard copy proofs or samples?

    What should the dimensions and format of my files be?

    We highly recommend you download our template, which includes design instructions and general design tips. For full bleed printed folders, design the file as 18.125” x 12.125”. Be sure to convert the file to a PDF before submitting your order.

    Delivery dates vary depending on the quantity of your order, but we’ll typically ship your custom presentation folders within 5 business days.
